Cancellation Policy

At rishXation, you can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped by clicking the "Cancel Order" button available in your account.

If a shipped order is returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO) due to refusal of delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, cancellation after shipment, or any other customer-related reason, a ₹100 logistics charge will be deducted from the applicable refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

Standard Orders

Normal orders are typically delivered within 4–9 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Crafted-to-Order (CTO) Products

Certain products are crafted specifically for you after an order is placed. As a result, delivery timelines for Crafted-to-Order (CTO) items may vary depending on the product and manufacturing requirements. The estimated delivery timeframe, if applicable, will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on most orders across India. In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply for certain remote or service-restricted locations. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or courier delays may occasionally impact delivery timelines.
