Return Policy


We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please visit My Orders and submit a return request for the relevant order. Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

Online Payments: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Please note that refunds are initiated only after the returned item has been received at our warehouse and successfully passes all quality and verification checks.

Damages and issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please reach out to us at the earliest. Our team will carefully assess the issue and ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For orders paid online, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
