Return Policy


We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, visit My Orders and submit a return request for the relevant order.


Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the returned item has been received at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality and verification checks.

A ₹100 return shipping charge will be deducted from the applicable refund to cover return pickup and logistics costs. This charge does not apply if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@rishxation.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Crafted-to-Order (CTO) products (unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags or packaging.
